Community Connections

Creating Growth-Fostering Relationships together.

Relational-Cultural Theory places an emphasis on healing through connection. Together we can create a community based on mutuality and authenticity, pushing against toxic cultural conditions that lead us to stay isolated and discouraged.

Dismantling hate, one connection at a time.

Growth-Fostering Relationships are the key to healing, and we create opportunities for these connections to build. At BCC you will find groups and activities to strengthen our family and community relationships. These groups are experiential; focused on process over product. The relationships forged in the groups are the product, not a particular skill or crafted item. These groups include Music Time, Playtime, Caregiver Connections, and more specific groups based on community needs. In the past we’ve offered new parent support groups and a #MeToo group.
