Many of us spent the last week exhausted and overwhelmed by the MeToo hashtag. Few of us spent the last week surprised by the number joining us in posting MeToo.
Some of us were processing it, sitting in the front office at Bloomington Center for Connection. The balance of wanting to share our experiences and not wanting to overwhelm or trigger someone else was acute, as was our need for a held, safe, space to do this work, to support each other, hear each others’ stories, and use our relationships to empower and heal ourselves.
What does a Relational-Cultural response to #MeToo look like? We will be exploring that through clay, discussion, creative expression and most importantly, connection. This group is free of charge, and open to anyone needing support around their #MeToo story. We will meet Monday October 30th, November 6 and November 13th from 6-7:30 at 315 West Dodds.
Please let us know you are coming so we have enough clay available, and because space is limited. (Fill out the contact form below)
